Punt-West Hotel & Beach Resort stands on the sandy beach of the beautiful De Punt nature reserve on the island of Goeree Overflakkee. It comprises 72 beach villas, 20 luxury hotel suites and an exclusive beach club. The project was initiated by Zeelenberg Architectuur & Ontwikkelingsmaatschappij. Much of the construction materials for this project was supplied by Bouwcenter Esselink. Leegwater Houtbereiding treated the thermally modified Fraké with Sansin Enviro Stain Woodsealer to give it a uniform, weathered look.
