Konrad Roof Technology B.V. is a company specialising in both small and large scale roof renovations.
Until recently, this company was located in Winkel. Despite the financial crisis- it did not prevent this great company from experiencing growth. The desire was to move to Middenmeer, to larger premises.
Breddels Architecten was commissioned to modernise the premises and adapt it to the client’s wishes.
The old situation included a spacious residence as well as a large diversity in adjacent company warehouses. The warehouses gave the entire site a somewhat cluttered look. Altering the warehouse facades resulted in a whole new and unified look, which suits the rural surroundings of Middenmeer well. An office annex showroom was added alongside the warehouses.
