De Plukhoeve is a unique new-build plan in De Draai in Heerhugowaard.
M3 Architects on this project: Noord-Hollands Bouwen. In De Plukhoeve, the ‘village’ character of De Draai is emphasised. This can be seen in the attention paid to the shape, proportions and structure of the various volumes per plot. The large roof surfaces that are visible are striking. There is also a clear distinction between the extension, the annexe and the main volume, whereby the sloping roofs fit in nicely with the sloping roof of the main volume.
