In the dynamic Buiksloterham area of Amsterdam, Vink Bouw has developed the innovative Republica project. Part of this forward-thinking plan is the Bob W building, which offers a wide range of apartments and studios for temporary rental.
One of the most striking features of the Bob W building is its facade cladding, made of thermally modified Fraké wood, treated with a fire-retardant coating (Flame Delay) and finished with Sansin Woodsealer.
Republica has been awarded the prestigious Architectenweb Award for Residential Building of the Year 2024, thanks to its sustainable and innovative approach.
